These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IMANAH Health website and mobile app (the "Service"), operated by TechUnited, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service, or use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at Abdullah@TechUnited.biz.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law; harass, abuse, or harm others; impersonate anyone; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape or misuse data; or use the Service in any way that disrupts it or infringes others' rights.
3a. Health & wellness disclaimer
IMANAH Health provides wellness education and health coaching, not medical care. Content and coaching are for general wellness and educational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and our Health Coaches are not acting as your licensed medical providers. Always consult a qualified medical professional for medical concerns, and seek emergency help in an emergency.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to share it.
5. Payments
Where the Service includes paid features, fees are described at the point of purchase and processed by our payment providers. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and TechUnited, Inc. trademarks, is owned by TechUnited, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding without written permission.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers (for example payment, messaging, sign-in, and hosting). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant any particular health or wellness outcome, and nothing in the Service is medical advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechUnited, Inc. and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
