Child Safety Standards

IMANAH Health is operated by TechUnited, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE across the IMANAH Health website and mobile app (together, the "Service").

An adults-only service

IMANAH Health accounts are intended for adults; minors may participate only in age-appropriate programs under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian, and never in unsupervised private contact with other members.

Prohibited content and behaviour

We prohibit, without exception:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, in any format, real or generated.
Sexualisation of minors, including text, imagery, or role-play.
Grooming, sexual extortion ("sextortion"), or any attempt to solicit minors.
Child trafficking or the facilitation of any exploitation of a minor.

Violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination, and are escalated as described below.

Reporting and user safety tools

Members can report any profile or conversation from within the Service, and can block any member at any time.
Every report is reviewed by a human moderator; reports raising child-safety concerns are treated with the highest priority.
Anyone — including people without an account — can report a child-safety concern to us directly at [email protected].

How we respond

We investigate reports promptly and remove violating content and accounts.
We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant law-enforcement authorities, and preserve evidence as the law requires.
We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.

Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws, including United States federal law (such as 18 U.S.C. § 2258A reporting obligations) and the child-safety laws of the regions where the Service operates.
