This page explains how to delete your IMANAH Health account and the personal data associated with it. IMANAH Health is operated by TechUnited, Inc..
How to request deletion
In the app: sign in, open your profile settings, and use Delete account. Your personal information is removed and your account is closed immediately.
By email: or email Abdullah@TechUnited.biz from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we remove or irreversibly anonymise the personal data we hold about you, including your profile, the content you created, messages, and contact details — normally within 30 days of your request.
What we may retain
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or for legitimate business needs — for example transaction and billing records for tax and accounting, and records needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Such data is kept only as long as required and is then deleted.
