Could you please suggest some remedies for varicose veins. I see blue veins on my legs but they aren’t painful . Also I have stopped all the vaccines to my baby since she was 3 months old. Isn’t it risky to take any one of them . Is it manageable in the cities we live in, for the water accessibility we have now , for the air that’s so polluted. Kindly advise guruji🙏

Answer

The veins in our legs have to bring blood upward, against gravity, back toward the heart. They have one-way valves, and our calf muscles act like a natural pump to help push that blood upward.
When the vein walls or valves become weak or damaged, some blood can flow backward and collect in the vein. That is one of the main mechanisms behind varicose veins.

So from a Natural Health Science perspective, I would not begin by asking, ‘What remedy will remove the problem in the  vein?’
I would begin with: Discovering the CAUSE OF HEALTH
What in my daily routine is helping my circulation — and what is repeatedly working against it?”
‘What conditions can I create in my daily life to support healthy circulation?’
1. MOVE - Ample exercise— don't let the legs remain static
Long periods of sitting or standing can make symptoms worse. Regular walking and changing position are simple ways to keep the calf-muscle pump active.
So, instead of sitting continuously for two or three hours, get up, walk a little, move your ankles, flex and extend your feet.
Think:
“Every hour, give the calf pump some work.”
2. ELEVATE & RECOVER
If your legs feel heavy or swollen after a long day, give them some recovery time.
When appropriate, resting with the legs elevated can help reduce discomfort and swelling.
You can combine this with quiet breathing or relaxation.
This is very much a Natural Health principle:
Activity needs recovery. Adequate Rest
We don't need to keep pushing the body continuously.
3. LOOK AT THE WHOLE LIFESTYLE
This is where Natural Health Science differs from simply looking at the vein.
Ask yourself:
How much do I move?
How long do I sit?
How long do I stand?
What is my body weight and general metabolic health like?
How well do I sleep?
What is my overall food pattern?
Am I giving my body enough recovery?
Maintaining a healthy weight and regular physical activity are part of standard lifestyle advice for varicose veins.
What are my dominant emotions in a day?

How is my physical & Emotional environment around me?

How can I get  B 12 levels I am Jain by birth and  Vegan since last 7 years...

Answer

Warm greetings! It is wonderful that you are honoring your Jain roots and a compassionate vegan lifestyle. In Nature Cure, we view nutrient balance as a reflection of our body's internal environment and connection to nature.

A common misconception is that Vitamin B12 originates from animal products. In reality, B12 is produced by beneficial bacteria found in healthy, microbe-rich soil and inside a well-balanced human digestive tract. Modern chemical farming, heavy food processing, and overly sanitized environments have significantly reduced our exposure to these natural microbes, making B12 a common concern today for many people regardless of their diet.

To support your B12 status naturally, Nature Cure focuses on strengthening your gut vitality so your body can absorb and utilize nutrients efficiently. Focus on nourishing your gut microbiome with a clean, whole-food plant diet centered on fresh organic fruits, leafy greens, and sprouts grown in nutrient-dense soil. Depending on your specific Jain dietary practices, incorporating gentle fermented items, fortified plant milks, or nutritional yeast can also offer valuable food-based support. Furthermore, prioritizing daily sunlight, clean drinking water, effective stress management, and restorative sleep ensures your digestive system functions at its very best.

This is general education, not personal medical advice.

My wife has been diagnosed with Auto immune and is prescribed immuno suppresseive medicine, we have not started yet

Answer

Rushabh ji, this reminds me of my wife being diagnosed with "arthritis" and being told that it can never be cured when she was abut 40. My daughter also had ezema and was told it will never be cured..my son had asthama and we tried many things and finally the doctor said, he will have to manage and live like this.  When my daughter attended the Natural health science camp with Dr Arun Sharma, she came back full of enthusiam - and we all adopted the principles for the last 5 years. Our family is transformed. No medicines any more... Daughter is free of eczema and is now living in Goa, Son is free of asthama - living in Germany. My wife is free of arthritis for over 10 years now and works in IT and teaches yoga and is also a natural health coach. We conduct camps in Bengaluru. So Natural Health Science taught us - our body is divine and heals itself. We just have to follow natural health laws to improve health and diseases go away.

I SUFFER FROM FREQUEST URINATUON AT NIGHT

Answer

Bosco ji - frequent urination at night is an issue for you, and I am 52 now and somedays I also have this issue. From Natural Health Science, I learnt natural ways to improve health, and this stopped the night urination issue and improved my health. Some of the things - replaced reliance on medicines with reliance on healthy lifestyle changes. Daily exercise, eating breakfast of fruits, lunch of raw vegetable salads and completing my day with conservatively cooked meal by 6pm each day. In addition, taking sun bath or walking in the parks helped to reduce and then stop the urination issue.  Also - contributing, volunteering and being active helped.
